"Kwentong Lakbay" (or "Travel Stories") will showcase the inspiring journeys of Filipinos, particularly focusing on migration and the rich experiences that come with it. There will be fun activities for all ages, cultural performances, and opportunities to share your own "lakbay" story.

Kwentong Pinoy Community Storytelling Event in Celebration of the Filipino Language

In September 2022, the first Kwentong Pinoy storytelling event was held to promote the richness and diversity of Filipino language and culture, and to encourage children’s creativity through storytelling. The event was featured on What’s On Melbourne, The Philippine Times and SBS Filipino.
