We exist to enliven and uplift the professional network of UP alumni living in Melbourne and create a long-lasting impact to the Filipino Australian community. We are here to empower, connect and become visible as truly proud 'Isko at Iska ng bayan' (scholars of the state).

From 7 April 2026 (Thu) - Mentor-mentee matching complete and participants to be notified
25 April or 2 May 2026 (Sat) - Mentoring launch and orientation, 2-5 pm @ Rose House
Early June 2026 - Mid program workshop (TBA)
Late July or early Aug 2026 - Program finale tied up with Pinoy Power (TBA)

We had our pilot episode of the SKL (Share Ko Lang) webinar series - an open conversation on life and career growth in Australia last 20 March 2026.
Thank you to Dr Mursha Dalay-on, for being our first sharer and for her honesty and vulnerability. Her reflections and insights on daring leadership and putting oneself out there gave us so much to think about.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) for UPAV Ambassadors 2026
The University of the Philippines Alumni in Victoria (UPAV) is inviting committed leaders to apply as UPAV Ambassadors. We are looking for individuals with senior leadership experience, strong community values, and a dedication to uphold Honour, Excellence and Public Service.
UPAV Ambassadors work closely with the Executive Committee, represent UPAV in public engagements, provide insights on long-term partnerships, and support key programs such as career networking, mentoring, social events for a cause and community participation. Selection will be made by the appointments and nominations committee.
